About the Job

This full-time position provides an excellent opportunity to contribute to the smooth financial operations of our institution, offering a competitive salary based on experience and qualifications: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.

  • Purchase Order Management: Manage and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with institutional policies.
  • Invoice Verification: Verify invoice details and maintain accurate records.
  • Financial Data Entry: Assist with data entry, reconciliations, and maintaining financial databases.
Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with vendors, staff, and other stakeholders to resolve financial queries and discrepancies.
  • Manage and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and support the finance team.
  • Assist with various financial tasks, including reconciliations and maintaining financial databases.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Finance Assistant or in a similar role, preferably within an educational setting.
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
