About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our front-of-house team at a prestigious 3AA Rosette restaurant located in a historic stately home in Northamptonshire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional and professional customer service to ensure every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Assist the Restaurant Manager and colleagues in ensuring smooth operations during service, with a focus on delivering a high level of personal attention to each guest.
  • Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of the menu, wine, and beverages to confidently answer guest inquiries and make informed recommendations.
  • Up-selling: Use your knowledge of the menu and guest preferences to suggest and recommend additional options to enhance the dining experience.
  • Training & Development: Receive one-on-one training from experienced managers from day one. You will be coached continuously to hone your skills, with briefings before each service to ensure everyone is aligned with the restaurant's high standards.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, preferably in a fine dining or rosette-awarded establishment.
  • Transport: Due to the remote location of the stately home, candidates must have their own transport or a valid driving license.
  • Passion for Hospitality: You are an inquisitive and enthusiastic individual with a passion for customer service and hospitality.
  • Attention to Detail: You thrive in a meticulous and high-pressure environment, where attention to detail and the ability to anticipate guest needs is key.
