We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Midwife to join our team at Atlantis Medical. As a Community Midwife, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to women and babies in the community.
Key Responsibilities:- Antenatal, Intrapartum, and Postnatal Care: Provide comprehensive care to women and babies during pregnancy, birth, and postnatal periods, ensuring a smooth transition from hospital to home.
- Health Education and Support: Offer a range of health education, psychological, and social care advice to women, including preconception care, in various settings.
- Care Coordination and Program Development: Develop, implement, and evaluate programs of care throughout the antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal periods, ensuring the best possible outcomes for women and babies.
- Preceptorship and Training: Act as a preceptor for newly qualified midwives and other staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success in the role.
- Valid NMC Registration: Hold a valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Midwife.
- Full UK Driving License: Possess a full UK driving license, enabling you to travel to various locations in the community.
