Our pharmacy teams are committed to delivering exceptional patient care and services, and we are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to lead this effort as a Duty Pharmacy Manager.
You will be responsible for managing the pharmacy team, ensuring seamless delivery of our services, and fostering a collaborative environment that promotes innovation and excellence. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the pharmacy team provides top-notch services to customers, including supplying prescriptions, delivering NHS and Private services, and providing healthcare advice.
- Supporting the Pharmacy Manager to build relationships with Primary Care Networks and GPs' surgeries, promoting collaboration and mutual understanding.
- Maintaining accurate payment claims for NHS-covered items, ensuring timely and efficient reimbursement.
- Leading and developing the pharmacy team, empowering them to excel in their roles and pursue their career aspirations.
We offer a competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
