About the Role

We are looking for warm, caring, and proactive individuals to provide person-centred care and support. The service provides long-term support with a recovery focus for people with mental health needs within a 24-hour service. As a Relief Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing practical and emotional support to individuals living at the Wolverhampton service, helping them to enjoy valued and fulfilling lifestyles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred support, including practical and emotional support to service users
  • Develop and sustain warm and trusting relationships with service users
  • Carry out general administrative duties
About the Service

The service is located in the Whitmore Reans area of Wolverhampton, just outside of the city centre, with local shops and amenities within close proximity. The service provides a supportive and inclusive environment for individuals with mental health needs.

Requirements

Previous experience working with service users with mental health needs is essential for this role. As a Creative Support Bank Staff member, you will have access to our free app, which allows you to pick up shifts in any area of the country and provides information on the service and shifts.
