About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Veterinary Receptionist at Vets for Pets. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and their pets, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for all.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the smooth running of the practice, including coordinating appointments, handling payments, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Work closely with the clinical team to ensure the best possible care for our patients, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, their pets, and the practice team, fostering a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Utilize our online booking system to efficiently manage bookings and appointments.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and flexible attitude.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in using online booking systems.
