At Vets for Pets, we're seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our clients and their pets, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for all.

What You'll Do

You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing client interactions, and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the practice. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients, their pets, and our clinical team will be essential to your success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm and welcoming environment for clients and their pets
  • Manage client interactions, including scheduling appointments and handling payments
  • Coordinate the smooth running of the practice, using our online booking system
  • Stay up-to-date with practice services and additional services available
  • Deal with a range of situations, from comforting clients with bad news to sharing in the joy of a new pet's first visit
