About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Lead Branding Designer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness and sales for our luxury fragrance brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective branding strategies to increase sales and brand visibility.
  • Lead a team of fragrance counter specialists to achieve store business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the retail and training teams to maximize selling opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and provide personalized fragrance recommendations to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with department store floor managers and head office.
  • Contribute to the development of new business initiatives and strategies to drive growth and profitability.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in branding and sales leadership roles.
  • Excellent business acumen, including sales analysis, inventory management, and staffing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to work flexibly during retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and digital business tools.
