About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Head of Social Media at the Jamie Oliver Group. As a key member of our digital team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our business objectives and brand values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and vision for our social media channels, ensuring they are aligned with our overall digital content strategy.
  • Audience Growth and Engagement: Develop and implement robust social media strategies to acquire and engage new audiences, drive conversions, and increase brand awareness.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of social media experts, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality social media experiences.
  • Performance Management: Set clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all social media campaigns and activities, and develop plans to drive ad revenue streams across relevant platforms.
  • Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Lead the social media component of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.
Requirements
  • Proven Expertise: Significant experience in developing and delivering high-profile social media strategies, with a proven track record of growing audiences and engagement across platforms.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams, with the ability to mentor and develop social media experts.
  • Brand Knowledge: A demonstrable understanding of the Jamie Oliver brand, its values, and its mission to help build a healthier, happier world through the joy of food.
