About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Kitchen Team Leader to join our team at Greene King. As a Kitchen Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of chefs and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional food quality and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and present food that meets our high standards and customer expectations
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence
  • Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy service to ensure everything runs smoothly
