As a Kitchen Team Leader at Greene King, you will be responsible for leading a team of kitchen staff to deliver exceptional food quality and service to our customers. **Key Responsibilities**

* Prepare, cook, and present food that meets our specifications and customer expectations
* Maintain high levels of hygiene and safety in the kitchen to ensure the safety of our team and customers
* Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence
* Help organise and coordinate the team during busy services to ensure everything runs like clockwork
