Job Summary:

Barclay Simpson is seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to lead our technology, application, data, and business architecture projects. As a technical lead, you will be responsible for managing two solutions architects and driving the success of our complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of solutions architects to deliver high-quality projects
  • Lead technical projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
  • Develop and maintain technical architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a solutions architect in a complex environment
  • Strong technical skills, with expertise in technology, application, data, and business architecture
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with experience in people management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • SC clearance eligibility, with a strong understanding of security and regulatory requirements
