The Opportunity

As a Nested Area Partner, you'll be responsible for developing your local strategy, marketing tactics, and sales approach. This is a unique opportunity to grow your own estate agency business in the area you know best, with the autonomy to make decisions that drive your success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a local marketing strategy to attract and retain clients
  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Collaborate with Nested's marketing team to leverage their expertise and resources
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales and marketing strategies
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in residential property sales, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide a team
  • Ability to develop and execute a local marketing strategy to drive sales and growth
