About the Role

Nested is revolutionizing the traditional estate agency model in the UK. Our innovative approach empowers agents to unlock their full earning potential and drive innovation in the industry.

As a Nested Area Partner, you'll be responsible for developing and executing your local strategy, marketing tactics, and business growth initiatives. With the autonomy to work independently, you'll have the freedom to grow your own estate agency business in the area you know best.

You'll be supported by Nested's comprehensive marketing resources, including doorknocking, direct mail, and local advertising. Our marketing professionals will provide guidance and support to ensure your success.

This is a unique opportunity to build a successful estate agency business while being part of a values-driven organization with ambitious growth plans. You'll have access to a dedicated Area Partner Slack community and hands-on training to help you develop your career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a local business strategy to drive growth and revenue
  • Manage marketing budgets and generate leads to build a strong customer base
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners to drive business growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve business performance
  • Collaborate with the Nested team to ensure alignment with company values and goals

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in estate agency, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop and execute a local business strategy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive business growth
  • Alignment with Nested's values and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
