About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Communications Lead to join our team at Aviva plc.

Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to take charge of shaping and delivering the communication strategy for the Nova Programme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage the Nova Programme's communication strategy, ensuring it supports our ambitious goals to grow the GCS business.
  • Work closely with the Transformation Management Office (TMO) and programme workstreams to ensure that communications are aligned, consistent, and targeted to the right audiences.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience leading communications for large-scale transformation programmes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, including senior executive-level relationships.
  • Familiarity with the GI market and/or customer service industries, ideally within the GCS/London Market.
What We Offer

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary package, including:

  • Salary – London Circa £95,000 / National Circa £75,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
  • Bonus opportunity - 12% of annual salary, actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva's.
