Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and qualified Health and Safety specialist with experience in managing risk on high-hazard sites, specifically in demolition and civil engineering projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of health and safety across multiple sites nationwide, working closely with project managers to influence the safety culture and drive the Health & Safety agenda with site and project teams.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with project managers and influencing the safety culture across sites
  • Writing risk assessments and method statements
  • Controlling associated demolition hazards, such as dust, vibration, and noise control
  • Performing site inspections and audits
  • Driving the Health & Safety agenda with site and project teams

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH/NCRQ-qualified (Essential)
  • Able to deliver in-house training where applicable
  • Experience in managing risk on high-hazard sites, specifically in demolition and civil engineering projects
