Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Head of Mechanical Design to join our team at RoBAT Limited. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, experience in leading teams, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop mechanical components for robotic systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical components into larger systems
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet customer requirements
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in mechatronics, robotics, and related fields
  • Contribute to the development of company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • BSc/MSc in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in mechanical design, preferably in a leadership role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
