Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and flexible Security Officer to join our team at Glasgow Airport. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of passengers, staff, and assets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide security screening of cabin baggage and passengers
* Conduct physical searches of people and their belongings
* Operate technological aids to enhance security
* Interview and search passengers as required
* Provide access control and vehicle/aircraft searching
* Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
* Driving licence
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Good communication skills
* Reliability and flexibility
* Ability to work under pressure
* Energetic and target-driven
* Fully verifiable education/employment history
