Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to join our team at Kids Planet Day Nurseries Limited. As a Deputy Nursery Manager, you will play a key role in the leadership and management of our nursery, ensuring the highest standards of childcare and education are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Nursery Manager in the overall management of the nursery, including staff supervision, budgeting, and policy implementation.

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve the quality of care and education provided to children.

  • Lead and manage a team of nursery staff, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they are equipped to provide high-quality care and education.

  • Ensure the nursery is compliant with all relevant regulations and standards, including health and safety, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents, carers, and other stakeholders to ensure excellent communication and customer service.
