About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Performance Coach to join our dynamic team at Camino Partners Ltd. As a Performance Coach, you will play a crucial role in delivering training programs, coaching, and mentoring to our consultants to enhance their performance and business development skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver training programs to experienced consultants, as well as support junior delivery and gain exposure to senior leadership mentorship.
- Adjust the design and delivery of our training programs to streamline and incorporate multiple training methods, including classroom, desk-based, and 121 coaching.
- Opportunity to take on wider L&D responsibilities and learn the strategy side of the ROI and long-term rewards of an L&D function.
- Work closely with senior leaders on new/updated training ideas.
- Develop and improve our current performance management plans, as well as level up our PDPs.
- Work closely with the L&D Manager and People Director to shape future L&D strategies for growing teams and graduate functions.
Requirements
- The successful candidate will either be a 360 recruiter with management/mentorship experience or an ex-recruiter with some exposure into an L&D role.
- This person will have experience in delivering training, coaching, desk-based, and 121.
- Must have experience as a 360 recruiter or have extensive experience in training consultants around Business Development topics.
