Sales and Administration Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Central Sales Administrator to join our team at LSH Auto - Mercedes Benz in Stockport. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a challenging role with a dynamic company.
**Job Description:**
- To invoice all new and used cars ready for delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- To tax all new cars ready for delivery, maintaining compliance with regulations.
- Allocate all new vehicles with a new registration, streamlining the process.
- Push and adjust all vehicle PDI lines, optimizing productivity.
- Set up all and invoice all add on products ready for delivery, providing excellent customer service.
- Create all UVDs ready for finance to process the new car contribution, ensuring seamless transactions.
- Book transporters for new car sales, managing logistics effectively.
- Check all post-handover paperwork ensuring it is compliant with company policies, maintaining high standards.
**Requirements:**
- IT literate including Kerridge, Cesar, AFRL, and Excel, with excellent technical skills.
- Good telephone and interpersonal skills, with strong communication abilities.
- Must be numerate, accurate and show attention to detail, with a keen eye for precision.
- Enthusiastic with a desire to learn all aspects of the accounts/admin function, with a growth mindset.
