Job Title: Supply Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team at a dynamic primary school in Eastbourne, East Sussex. As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the classroom teacher and enhancing the learning experience of pupils.

About the Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the classroom teacher with day-to-day activities and lesson preparation. You will also support pupils with special educational needs and adapt learning activities as required. We are looking for someone with strong communication and interpersonal skills, patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the classroom teacher with lesson preparation and delivery
  • Support pupils with special educational needs
