Support for Student Success

**About the Role**
As a Support for Student Success, you will be an integral part of the Learning Support Department at various schools across West Yorkshire. Your primary responsibility will be to provide support to students with Education Health and Care Plans, helping them overcome challenges and reach their full potential.
**Key Responsibilities**
- You will work closely with teachers, parents, and colleagues to develop and implement effective strategies to support students with Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, ADHD, and Autism.
- Provide in-class support, group work, and bespoke interventions to help students overcome obstacles and achieve key life outcomes.
- Collaborate with the wider school community to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
**Requirements**
We are looking for individuals who share our passion for supporting students with additional needs. You should have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality support and be able to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
**Estimated Salary**: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
