Early Years Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Teacher to join our team at Bright Horizons Rose Cottage Day Nursery and Preschool in Haywards Heath, West Sussex.

About the Role

This is a full-time position for a qualified Early Years Teacher, EYTS, EYPS, or Level 6 qualified professional. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality learning experiences, ensuring the well-being and safety of our children, and building strong relationships with parents and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging and challenging learning programs that meet the needs of all children
  • Assess and record children's progress, using the Early Years Foundation Stage framework
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive and inclusive environment
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers, keeping them informed of their child's progress and involving them in decision-making
  • Ensure the nursery environment is safe, stimulating, and inspiring for children
