Early Years Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Teacher to join our team at Bright Horizons Rose Cottage Day Nursery and Preschool in Haywards Heath, West Sussex.

About the Role

This is a full-time position for a qualified Early Years Teacher with a strong commitment to providing high-quality education and care for children aged 0-5 years.

As an Early Years Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and stimulating learning experiences that meet the needs of all children, including those with special educational needs.

You will work closely with colleagues to maintain a positive, happy, and safe environment that promotes the well-being and development of all children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver high-quality learning experiences that meet the needs of all children
  • Make accurate and effective assessments of children's progress and development
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers
  • Ensure the environment is safe, stimulating, and inspiring for children
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve high standards of care and education
