Sales Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Support Coordinator to join our team at Kate+Co. As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience and ensuring seamless operations within the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Communication: Act as the main point of contact for customers and suppliers through telephone and email communication, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Order Processing: Process customer sample requests efficiently and accurately, and order samples from suppliers as needed to meet customer demands.
  • Sales Quotations: Prepare and process sales quotations and facilitate the placement of orders with manufacturers and suppliers.
  • International Logistics: Arrange cost-effective international transportation of orders to the UK.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate information and forecasts in SAP, ensuring data integrity, and generate and run tracking reports in SAP for the Sales Manager as required.
  • Customer Meetings: Meet with architects/customers face-to-face when the Sales Manager is unavailable, providing excellent customer service and support.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a sales support or coordination role is preferred.
  • SAP Proficiency: Strong proficiency in SAP is advantageous.
  • International Logistics: Familiarity with international transportation logistics is a plus.
Personal Qualities:
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Work Ethic: Highly motivated self-starter with a positive, professional attitude and a strong work ethic.
  • Analytical Skills: Detail-oriented, with evidence of strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
