Job Summary

We are looking for a Pricing Specialist - Refurbishment Projects to join our team at Qube Recruitment. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the overall business strategy by producing competitive tender pricing for refurbishment projects.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify project risks and develop a risk register to assist in the decision-making process.
  2. Compile and present statistical data for pricing/bid analysis.
  3. Evaluate and negotiate on price documents.

Essential Requirements

  • Quantity Surveying degree or equivalent.
  • Sound knowledge of building construction/maintenance techniques and materials.
  • Valid driving licence.

Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a salary range of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum.
