Job Title: Experienced Care Lead
Salary: £13.29 p/h
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced care lead to join our rural, residential service in Chard. As a senior support worker, you will be helping people gain more independence in their daily lives, while assisting the manager with the day-to-day supervision and management of the service.
About the Service:
We support young adults with various communication needs resulting from severe learning disabilities, autism, or traumatic brain injuries. Our welcoming and friendly service has a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people.
Your Key Responsibilities:
You will allocate shifts, book training, induct new colleagues, support with supervision's, order medication, and ensure the people we support manage their finances. You'll never lose sight of why you choose to do this, as our seniors are still at the heart of providing day-to-day support.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a senior support worker
- Recognised Social Care qualification
- Full UK driving license
