Compass Associates is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Principal to join the leadership team of a forward-thinking SEMH specialist school.

The school supports students in Key Stages 4, providing a safe and nurturing environment where every child can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

This role offers the opportunity to shape the educational journey of students, leading and managing the Key Stage 4 curriculum to ensure outstanding teaching, learning, and progress.

The successful candidate will be expected to support the Principal in strategic leadership, promote a culture of high expectations and positive behaviour management, and provide tailored support for students with SEMH needs.

A competitive salary of up to £55,000 per annum is offered, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional development.

We are looking for a leader who has experience within an SEMH or similar specialist education setting, a proven track record of improving outcomes for students with additional needs, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
