Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in lesson planning, preparation, and delivery, ensuring a positive learning environment.
  • Take on responsibility for delivering lessons and managing classrooms, ensuring continuity and consistency in teaching.
  • Support and mentor other Teaching Assistants to help them achieve their professional development goals.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support to help them reach their full potential.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant, with a track record of supporting and leading in educational settings.
  • HLTA qualification or equivalent, alongside relevant GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
  • Flexible and resourceful, with the capability to step into various teaching and leadership roles as required.
  • A genuine passion for education and a commitment to supporting the diverse needs of the students.
