Sales Account Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Sales Account Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing support to the external Account Manager and managing clients orders
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Processing customer quotations and sales orders accurately and efficiently
You will work closely with the purchasing team to ensure stock availability and liaise with supply chain, suppliers, and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Requirements
- Prior experience in sales coordination and account management, preferably within a B2B environment
- Strong customer care skills
- Good organisational skills
Salary Information
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £28,000 per annum, plus a bonus paid quarterly.
