Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and retain a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring their insurance programmes reflect their appetite for risk.
  • Provide solutions to mitigate exposures and ensure clients' insurance programmes are comprehensive.
  • Support less-experienced colleagues, including Corporate Account Executives, with programme design and renewal meetings.
  • Influence the future direction of the branch and contribute to insurer relations.
Requirements:
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent communication and internal networking skills.
  • Knowledge of common commercial lines and ability to develop an understanding of our full suite of products.
  • Ability to maximise revenue by putting clients in touch with colleagues from specialist teams.
