Job Title: Retail Sales Advisor

Join the Swatch Group as a Retail Sales Advisor and be part of a dynamic team that delivers exceptional customer experiences in the luxury watch industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and sales support to clients
  • Develop and maintain a high level of sales technique and watchmaking knowledge
  • Participate in local activation events and support colleagues in their sales
  • Ensure timely follow-up on customer requests and enquiries
  • Develop and maintain a high level of sales technique and watchmaking savoir faire knowledge
Boutique Operations:
  • Actively participate in the proper maintenance of the boutique
  • Understand and respect all operating and security guidelines
  • Follow the security and proper maintenance of stock timepieces
Requirements:
  • Previous sales experience in a luxury retail boutique or hospitality industry
  • Excellent client service and attention to details
  • Entrepreneurial spirit to develop your own business and build long-lasting client relationships
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills and a “can do” attitude
  • Intellectual curiosity and a passion for learning
  • Strong interest in the universes of Fine Watchmaking and Arts de Vivre
