Saturday Sales Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Residential Development Sales team as a Saturday Sales Assistant. This is a part-time role that requires a valid UK driving license and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to sales inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Undertake call-outs on specific developments to showcase properties to potential clients.
- Book viewings and attend viewings on Saturdays to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Update clients and applicants on queries and feedback in a timely and efficient manner.
- Develop a strong working relationship with other teams in the office on Saturdays.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good understanding of the property and new build market.
- Self-motivated and confident to use your own initiative and display a positive approach to the role.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Team player with flexibility to do additional hours as required.
- Clean UK driving license with own car and relevant insurances.
About the Team
The South East Development Sales team is a small, dynamic team based out of the Sevenoaks office, covering the sales and marketing of new build developments across Kent and Sussex for a wide range of clients and property types and sizes.
