Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced SAP Integration Project Manager to lead the implementation of SAP FICO modules in S/4HANA environments for our client, UK Quinnox Limited. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation Leadership: Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP FICO modules in S/4HANA environments, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaboration with Business Stakeholders: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions.
  • Project Planning and Management: Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress against milestones.
  • Team Management: Manage cross-functional project teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities, and providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues and develop strategies to mitigate them to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Oversee testing phases to validate the functionality and performance of integrated SAP solutions, coordinating with end-users to gather feedback and address issues.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate the adoption of new SAP systems and processes.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, scalability, and reliability of SAP integration processes.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP integration with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Industry Experience: Extensive experience working in the Food and Beverage industry, bottling industry, or warehouse management is highly desirable.
  • SAP Knowledge: Strong understanding of SAP modules such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP PI/PO, SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), and SAP Data Services.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Collaboration and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced dynamic environment and proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Certification: SAP certification(s) preferred.
