Job Summary:

As a Project Director at Quinnox, you will lead end-to-end delivery of SAP integration projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with business leaders and IT teams.
  • Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against milestones.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact for all SAP integration projects, interacting with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and SAP consultants.
  • Team Management: Supervise cross-functional project teams, delegating tasks and roles, and offering guidance and assistance as necessary.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges, and devise strategies to address them for successful project completion.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Manage testing phases to confirm the functionality and performance of integrated SAP solutions, working with end-users to collect feedback and resolve issues.
  • User Adoption: Deliver training and assistance to end-users to ease the adoption of new SAP systems and procedures.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to industry standards, best practices, and regulatory mandates throughout the project life cycle.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead continuous improvement efforts to boost effectiveness, scalability, and dependability of SAP integration procedures.
