Job Title: Project Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Director to lead and execute strategic transformation initiatives within our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex projects, aligning them with our company's strategic goals, and ensuring successful execution within set timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive change plans, ensuring all workstreams are well-planned with clear consideration of dependencies, critical milestones, risks, and opportunities.
  • Maintain a clear, visible, and up-to-date project timeline at all times.
  • Ensure project owners are clear on their requirements and provide necessary support to ensure timely delivery. Proactively flag concerns or delays to mitigate risks.
  • Lead and facilitate all project management meetings to ensure progress and alignment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement transformation initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project management, particularly in leading strategic transformation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to align projects with broader business goals.
