Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our composite assembly manufacturing team at Arrow McLaren IndyCar. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality composite parts and assemblies to support our Formula One Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce composite parts 100% to engineering specifications
  • Ensure all parts conform to specific instruction sheets
  • Inspect completed components for quality and accuracy
  • Trim and assemble carbon fibre components
  • Assemble new car parts and service items from races and tests
  • Prepare parts for Non Destructive Testing inspection
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance manufacturing processes
Requirements
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Good practical skills and experience with trimming and assembling carbon fibre
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Basic PC literacy and ability to learn new software
  • Energetic and enthusiastic team player with excellent communication skills
