Professional Care Provider

Carefound Group is seeking a kind-hearted individual to join our team as a Professional Care Assistant in Wilmslow and surrounding areas. This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with clients, providing companionship, support with personal care, and assistance with daily activities.
The ideal candidate will possess a full UK driving licence, have access to their own car, and be eager to make a genuine difference in the lives of others. In return, we offer a flexible or guaranteed hours contract, above industry average pay of £13.20 per hour, double time on bank holidays, 45p per mile mileage allowance, pay enhancements, instant access to your pay, and more.
As a Care Assistant, you will work closely with clients to develop a routine that supports their well-being in the comfort of their own homes. Your duties will include providing emotional support, assisting with medication management, helping with mobility and staying active, and supporting with household tasks such as housekeeping and cooking. A smartphone is required to utilize our app for efficient communication and task management.
