Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, selecting, and placing top talent in various industries. You will work closely with our clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and selecting top talent in various industries
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Meeting and exceeding recruitment targets
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
What We Offer
  • A competitive basic salary of £25k - £28k DOE
  • Uncapped earning potential with a target OTE of £50k - £60k
