Job Title: Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, selecting, and placing candidates in various roles, as well as building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and selecting candidates for various roles
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
  • Conducting interviews and assessments to determine candidate suitability
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and candidates
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets
