Bar Attendant

Aramark UK is seeking a skilled Bar Steward to join our dynamic team at ATC Alexander Barracks, Pirbright, Surrey. As a Bar Steward, you will be responsible for managing the bar's operations, mixing and serving drinks, and providing exceptional customer service.
We offer a part-time, permanent position with a competitive hourly rate of £11.44. You will work 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 7pm and 11pm, allowing you to enjoy your weekends free. Our benefits package includes discounted staff meals, on-site parking, and a scheduled holiday period at Christmas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mix and serve drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, to meet customer preferences.
- Use Challenge 25 to ensure all IDs are valid.
- Manage the bar service on your own, capable of lone working.
- Clean the bar area, ensuring everything is clean and tidy before, during, and after service.
- Operate the tills and take card and cash payments, keeping financial records as required.
Requirements:
- Previous bar experience is desirable, but full training will be given on site.
- Must be 18+ years old.
- Eligibility to work in the UK and have resided for longer than 3 years.
- Reliable transport due to the location of the site and limited public transport.
