About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Bar Steward to join our team at ATC Alexander Barracks in Surrey. As a Bar Steward, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our patrons.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beverages to customers in our MESS bar.
- Manage the bar on your own, demonstrating independence and professionalism.
- Carry out a professional bar service, adhering to all relevant health and safety guidelines.
- Open and close the bar, ensuring a smooth transition between shifts.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer needs and concerns.
- Contribute to the overall cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to be 18+ years old and possess a great attitude and willingness to learn. Previous experience working in a bar is desirable, but not essential. You must be a team player, able to work independently and as part of a team.
