About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sewer Technician to join our Water Recycling Services team at Anglian Water. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in safeguarding the environment, public health, and maintaining critical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a single person, high pressure water jetting unit and specific CCTV equipment to identify and promote repair work for any problems found on our sewerage network.
  • Investigate and offer first time resolutions for sewerage issues encountered by our customers.
  • Respond to incidents and complete planned maintenance work.
  • Accurately collate and record all feedback from site through our IT systems.
Requirements
  • Experience or willingness to work outside in all weathers.
  • Basic IT skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and use your own initiative.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Full driving license (a 4.5 tonne license would be advantageous).
