Job Summary

In this critical role, you will provide exceptional administrative support to the buying and merchandising teams, focusing on operational efficiency, data analysis, and effective communication.

Main Responsibilities
  • Update the Buying Minute regularly, ensuring accuracy and alignment with supplier delivery schedules.
  • Liaise with the merchandising team to load regroups and recalls onto the system, ensuring timely action by the retail team.
  • Compile and distribute daily sales data for your department, providing valuable insights for decision-making.
  • Oversee PLU updates for new products, maintaining precise pricing and deadlines for promotional events.
  • Provide ad hoc reporting and analytical support to the buying and merchandising teams, empowering data-driven decision-making.
  • Manage Head Office staff purchases, maintaining transparency and efficiency standards.
  • Develop and maintain accurate seasonal distribution plans, aligning with business objectives.
