About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Agent to join our Natural Resources, Nuclear and Networks Regional Civils team based in the Midlands/South region.

This is a permanent, full-time position that requires a strong background in construction management, with a focus on delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Site Engineers and Foremen to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Implement and monitor Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) policies and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Plan and coordinate day-to-day work activities to optimize resource utilization and meet project milestones.
  • Identify opportunities to increase value through effective change management and ensure that instructions are processed to realize changes to target costs.
  • Develop and maintain quality standards, including the Construction Phase Plan and Inspection and Testing Plan (ITP).
Requirements
  • 5-day Site Managers Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) Certificate.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Working knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of NEC4 contract, CEMAR, and Health & Safety legislation, including CDM regulations.
