Job Title: Site Foreman

Are you a skilled and experienced Site Foreman looking for a new challenge in a dynamic and international company? We are seeking a highly competent and motivated individual to join our team as a Site Foreman.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of site health and safety, managing day-to-day operations, and providing clear direction to site staff. You will also be required to engage with clients, manage projects, and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage site health and safety, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies
  • Oversee day-to-day site operations, including subcontractors, materials, and equipment
  • Provide clear direction to site staff, ensuring they understand their responsibilities and targets
  • Engage with clients, providing updates and managing expectations
  • Manage projects, ensuring timely completion and quality of work
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Site Foreman or in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant qualifications, such as SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid
