We are currently recruiting for Support Staff to work in our Primary and Secondary Special Educational Needs Schools. As a Support Staff member, you will play a vital role in supporting our students with special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with special educational needs in a Primary or Secondary school setting
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans
  • Assist with the delivery of lessons and activities, promoting student engagement and participation
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to students, helping them to build confidence and self-esteem
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment, promoting respect and understanding among students and staff

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children with special educational needs (desirable but not essential)
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, empathy, and a calm demeanor
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced school environment
