Companion Care Worker

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Homecarer to join our team at Prestige Nursing & Care Bracknell. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our clients in their own homes.
Your role will involve assisting clients with personal care, medication management, and light housework, as well as supporting them with daily activities such as accessing the community and attending appointments.
You will work collaboratively with our team to ensure excellent care outcomes, and will have access to comprehensive training and support to ensure your success.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
