Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Shift Lead to join our team at our Enfield Data Centre. As a Shift Lead, you will be responsible for managing data centre operations during your shift, leading a team, maintaining uptime, and ensuring the highest standards of security and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage data centre technicians and engineers on shift.
  2. Oversee the monitoring and maintenance of power, cooling, and network systems.
  3. Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance.
  4. Enforce security protocols and ensure compliance with company policies.
  5. Ensure smooth communication and handovers between shifts.

Requirements:

  1. Solid experience in data centre operations.
  2. Knowledge of data centre industry standards, including ISO 27001, SOC 2, and PCI DSS.
  3. Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
